Summary:  This is a time extension only. Additional time is needed due to delays in relocating an electric transformer last fall and then, winter conditions. It is anticipated that work will be substantially complete and the Preserves will have use of the building by mid-August.  This work includes improvements for ADA accessibility, life safety issues and office and washroom functionality.
