Summary: This is a parking management contract that is projected to produce net revenues in excess of $40,000.00 annually. The Forest Preserve issued an RFP for the installation and management of a pay and display parking system for two parking lots owned by the District located at Miller Meadow, 2199 West Roosevelt Road, Maywood, IL 60155, where there are approximately 250 parking spaces located near Loyola Hospital and St. Paul Woods located on Oakton Street in Morton Grove, IL 60053, where there are approximately 132 parking spaces located near a Metra station If other pay and display locations are identified by the District at a later date the contract may be amended as appropriate and by mutual agreement to add these lots. The selected vendor will supply and install the pay and display devices as well as manage the day to day operations of the system including collections, reporting and customer service.
