Summary: This extension is for time only. The contractor has completed all life safety, ADA and locker room contract work at all locations with the exception of fire alarm systems. Fire alarm system work remaining to be completed includes obtaining approval of fire alarm systems from local fire prevention bureaus, installation of fire alarm systems, and final acceptance from permitting agencies. Also required is additional work by a third party contractor pending bid solicitations to remove asbestos containing flooring systems. Completion of close-out activities also remains.
