PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (“the Preserves”), as Licensor to grant a License to Northern Illinois Gas Company dba Nicor, Grantee, to locate, operate and maintain an additional 41 feet of 4-inch diameter gas main connected to the existing 4-inch diameter gas main installed, operated and maintained under the terms of License No. 507, last renewed in 2013 for a ten year term. The additional 41 feet is to connect the Village of Northbrook water distribution facility to the existing gas main across Dundee Road, within the existing right of way, on the Preserves property.
