Summary: The Forest Preserve District of Cook County asked CMT to revise the design and move the location of the proposed comfort station at Forest Glen from the east side to the west side of the existing parking lot due to the proposed North Branch bike trail on the east side that will interfere with the new station.
The additional fees requested ($15,700.00) will cover the costs of additional survey, locating utilities in area, developing a new site plan, a new utility plan, a new temporary erosion control plan and modify the demolition plan to address utility shutoffs.
