Goods or Services: This agreement will allow the Forest Preserves to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the River Forest Park District (“RFPD) for use of the Cummings Square baseball, softball and soccer field located on the corner of Lake and Bonnie Brae Streets in River Forest, Illinois.
In exchange for non-exclusive use of the site, RFPD will perform field work and outfield drainage on an ongoing basis, including the addition of infield mix, proper edging of the infield edges, backstop and sideline fence repairs and grading work in the outfield. RFPD’s use of the field will not interfere with any Forest Preserve programming at Cummings Square. The final agreement will be subject to review and approval by the District’s Legal Department.
