Summary: Proposals for this contract were solicited on our purchasing website. This proposed one (1) year contract extension and $16,000.00 monetary increase are to provide an online and over the phone customer service survey program for patrons that will have an event within the forest preserves in 2016. The information from these surveys will be used to improve the forest preserves’ outdoor and indoor facility rental program.
