Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a contract with Speedy Gonzalez Landscaping Inc. for parking lot repaving, lighting installation, sidewalk repair, drainage repair and landscaping at Dan Ryan Woods in Chicago, Illinois
Reason: Contract 16-80-22 Pavement Repairs. The work includes, but is not limited to, repaving and reconstructing the existing parking lot at Groves 15 & 16, culvert replacement under vacated Longwood Drive, lighting installation, Pavilion patio expansion, landscaping and sidewalk reconstruction at the Visitor’s Center and the Pavilion and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
