Summary: This extension is for time only. The contractor has started work at all locations. Items remaining include architectural items along with obtaining approval of fire alarm systems from local fire prevention bureaus, installation of fire alarm systems, final acceptance form permitting agency and close-out documents.
An extension is required due to the amount of time it has taken to finalize fire alarm drawings and obtaining approval from local fire prevention districts.
