Goods or Services: The Cook County Sheriff’s Office has a program to train inmates and participants from the Vocational Rehabilitation Impact Center (a/k/a “Boot Camp”) to provide deconstruction and building material salvage services. The Forest Preserve desires to use such services with respect to the removal of cabins at Forest Preserve campgrounds (Dan Beard, and Sullivan) and at a residential property (7 Hickory Lane in Westchester).
