Summary: Contract (Task Order) #13-80-03-001-D is for architectural and engineering design services for the District's Camp capital improvement program. At this time additional services and a three (3) month time extension are needed to better accommodate the programs and services now being proposed for the Camp Sullivan Barn and Maple Lake Boathouse Dock. These services are required to better accommodate the activities identified by Preserve staff and the camp manager, including expansion of doors and changes to cabinets, countertops and plumbing fixtures at the barn and addition of floating docks and ramps at the boathouse.
