Summary:  This amendment is to execute an optional one (1) year contract extension that was delineated in the original contract agreement.  Over the last three (3) years the Vendor has performed this work to the satisfaction of the Preserves.  The one year extension will allow the Vendor to continue to provide the required professional serves as well as train Preserve staff to perform this work in following years.
