Summary:  The proposed contract increase is due to a number of items that require additional work necessary to complete the project.  Reasons for the increase include permit code related changes required by County and local jurisdictions (i.e. revising underground & piping, interior electrical, plumbing and fire alarm equipment), and user improvements (i.e. additional ADA site improvements, additional gutters requested, upgrades to existing break room ).
The Preserves is currently seeking approval of a $68,991.55 addition to increase the total contract amount to $738,907.05
