Summary: Contract 13-80-03-003-C is for the Camp Sullivan Phase I Group Development. A contract extension is required due to weather conditions. The project is the redevelopment and new construction of the existing Camp Sullivan group camp. Work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of existing bunkhouses, construction of new small cabins, new toilet/shower building, new picnic/program shelter, landscaping, development of trails/paths, site furnishings, utilities, site development, parking, signage and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications. .
