PROPOSED CONTRACT
Vendor: Bike and Roll Inc., Chicago, Illinois
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County ("the Preserves") to enter into an agreement
Reason: Contract 14-40-411 consists of a request for Bicycle Rental and Trails Related Concession Services at Various Locations and was posted on the Preserves website The Vendor selected, Bike and Roll Inc., was the most responsive and responsible of one (1) responder to operate at Dan Ryan Woods, Tower Road, Blue Star Memorial, Miami Woods, Chicago Botanic Garden and Caldwell Woods. Bike and Roll Inc. will be responsible for providing bicycle rental at various locations within the Preserves.
Bike and Roll Inc. has agreed to pay the Preserves the following annual fee per year in addition to 5% of gross sales
Dan Ryan Woods: Year 1: $1,500.00 Year 2: $1,500.00 Year 3: $1,500.00
Tower Road: Year 1: $1,500.00 Year 2: $1,500.00 Year 3: $1,500.00
Blue Star Memorial: Year 1: $1,500.00 Year 2: $1,500.00 Year 3: $1,500.00
Miami Woods Bunker Hill: Year 1: Year 1: $1,500.00 Year 2: $1,500.00 Year 3: $1,500.00
Chicago Botanic Garden: Year 1: $1,500.00 Year 2: $1,500.00 Year 3: $1,500.00

Contract period: Thirty Six (36) months from the issuance of the Purchase Order
