All persons who engage in behavior that intimidates others or interferes with or unreasonably disrupts others in the normal use of the Forest Preserves, that occurs as a result of intoxication, drunkenness or the influence of alcoholic beverage(s), drug(s), controlled substance(s) or intoxicating compounds(s) appear in any public place manifestly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drug, not therapeutically administered, to the degree that he/she may endanger himself/herself or oth...

Chapter 3 Miscellaneous Misconduct
 
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Title 3 - Police Regulations, Chapter 3 - Miscellaneous Misconduct, Section 3 Disorderly Conduct of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code is hereby amended as Follows:
      
3-3-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT.

All persons who engage in behavior that intimidates others or interferes with or unreasonably disrupts others in the normal use of the Forest Preserves, that occurs as a result of intoxication, drunkenness or the influence of alcoholic beverage(s), drug(s), controlled substance(s) or intoxicating compounds(s) appear in any public place manifestly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drug, not therapeutically administered, to the degree that he/she may endanger himself/herself or other persons or property, or disturb the peace of persons in his/her vicinity.; shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct and upon conviction thereof shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct.

Effective date:  This ordinance shall be in effect immediately upon adoption.
