Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Forest Preserves") to enter into a contract with Path Construction, Arlington Heights, Illinois, recreation landscape improvements at Swallow Cliff-north near Palos Park including construction of new stairs on the west side of the sledding hill, repair and regarding of the existing sledding hill and related site improvements
Reason: Contract 13-80-02-16C2; Swallow Cliff Site Improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, concrete paving, cast-in-place concrete, concrete stair steps, limestone stair steps, railing, drainage piping, landscape restoration, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications
