IMEX, LLC, Schaumburg, Illinois, was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Sealed bids were received, opened and publicly read at the Bid Opening on 6/21/2013.
A contract extension is required because of site utility changes, subcontractor changes, delays in obtaining permits and approvals from various local jurisdictional agencies as well as inclement weather conditions.
