The Plan also includes projected capital funding needs for a specific list of projects. The Capital Improvement Plan proposes funding of 2015 projects with General Obligation bonds, refinancing of older series bonds, Construction & Development and Capital Improvement funds. The draft Capital Improvement Plan has been posted for additional review and comments on the District's website during December and January and will be finalized by February 2015.
