PROPOSED AGREEMENT
Vendor: Lillie's Park Grille & Café, Chicago, Illinois
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County ("the Preserves") to enter into an agreement
Reason: Contract 14-40-408 consists of a request for proposals for an Aquatic Center Concessions Vendor. The Vendor selected, Lillie's Park Grille & Café, was the most responsive and responsible out of three (3) bidders. Lillie's Park Grille & Café will be responsible for maintaining the concessions at the Preserves three (3) Aquatic Centers.
Lillie's Park Grille & Café has agreed to pay the Preserves the following annual fee per Aquatic Center per year:
Whealan Aquatic Center: Year 1: $13,000.00 Year 2: $13,500.00 Year 3: $14,000.00
Cermak Aquatic Center: Year 1: $13,000.00 Year 2: $13,500.00 Year 3: $14,000.00
Green Lake Aquatic Center: Year 1: $13,000.00 Year 2: $13,250.00 Year 3: $13,600.00
Contract period: Thirty-Six (36) months from the issuance of the Purchase Order
