Summary: In a cooperative effort with Cook County and the City of Chicago, we request to amend the District's portion of the contract which was recently amended by Cook County and Morton Salt to extend the contract through 9/30/2015 and increase the unit pricing by 9.55% based on the Producer Price Index formula in the original contract.
