Summary: On 11/13/2012, the Cook County Board approved contract 12-45-136 CC with Acosta Medical Testing Corporation following a Request for Proposal for drug and alcohol testing. The District is seeking to procure the same services provided by Acosta Medical Testing Corporation to the County pursuant to section 1-8-2 (X) of the District code.
The District's contract will incorporate the same terms as the Cook County's existing contract.
