Title: PROPOSED AGREEMENT Vendor: Go Ape Bemis Woods LLC, Frederick, Maryland Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into an agreement Reason: Contract 14-40-405 consists of professional design, construction, operation, & maintenance services for an Aerial Adventure & Zipline Course (the "Course"). The Vendor selected, Go Ape, was the most responsive and responsible of three (3) bidders. In addition to designing and constructing the Course, Go Ape intends to operate and maintain the Course. Go Ape has agreed to pay the Preserves a $20,000.00 annual fee plus a tiered percentage of the gross revenue generated at the Course.
