Summary:  
 
1.      The Preserves wishes to provide, and the County wishes to utilize, shared garage and/or workspace in one or more facilities owned by the Preserves. The County shall use the Premises to install GPS devices within the automobile fleet of vehicles used by the Preserves and the County. In exchange for use of its facilities, the Preserves will not be required to reimburse the County for the GPS equipment installed in vehicles owned by the Preserves.
 
2.      The Preserves wishes to provide reimbursement to the County for its share of costs for the Disparity Study being conducted by Collette Holt and Associates to ensure that the Disparity Study is expanded to include District activities.
