Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Chicago Commercial Construction, Chicago, Illinois, for site improvements at Eggers Grove in Chicago
Reason: Contract 13-80-02-04C1-R, Eggers Grove Site Improvements work includes, but is not limited to, new paths, boardwalk, plant material, seating, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications. Also included is a new paved path connection between the Indiana's existing Wolf Lake West Park Trail and the Preserves' existing Burnham Greenway Paved Trail.
