Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Path Construction Company Inc., Arlington Heights, Illinois, for construction of Phase 2 of Camp Sullivan near Oak Forest, Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-03-007-C is for the Camp Sullivan Family Development Phase 2. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new camp ground with drive-in and walk-in camp sites, two small cabins, toilet/showers, landscaping, development of trails/paths, site furnishings, utilities, site development, parking, signage and other related work as specified in the plans and specifications.

Contract Period: Three hundred and fifty (350) days from notice to proceed.
