Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Century Contractors Inc., Bedford Park, Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-02-06C1 is for Thatcher Woods and Thatcher Woods Glen Parking Lot Improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, resurfacing, concrete path reconstruction, parking lot lighting and electrical, bio-swale and landscape planting and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
