Summary:  Contract (Task Order) #13-80-01-7R1D is for architectural and engineering design services for the Preserves'building capital improvement program.  This contract was originally approved at the 7/16/2013 Board Meeting.  The original project scope for Package 7R1D included design and construction administration for the renovation of the Preserves'General Headquarters and Corner Pavilion based on a preliminary estimated construction budget of $1,500,000.00.  As the project has become more developed, a more detailed building condition assessment and cost estimate have been completed.  The estimated construction budget is now $2,072,500.00 and additional services are needed to address the increased scope of construction.
 
The Purchasing Agent approved an additional $8,000.00 on November 4, 2013 to fund additional design services provided by the Consultant to that date.  The proposed $55,300.00 addition to the Consultant's contract would increase the total contract amount to $213,151.00.
