Reason: Contract 13-80-02-12C1 is for construction of various trail improvements consisting of culvert replacement, trail removal and replacement, polymer enhanced aggregate surface course, HMA paving, fence repairs, riprap placement, shaping and grading of trail, shoreline stabilization and box culvert installation.
