Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with AGAE Contractors, Inc., Chicago Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-01 G4R1 is for building improvements at the Thorn Creek Maintenance Headquarters, Calumet Maintenance Headquarters, Tinley Creek Maintenance Headquarters, Tinley Creek Canine Center, Tinley Creek Resource Management Headquarters and River Oaks Golf Course. Work includes interior renovations, exterior renovations, ADA improvements, life safety improvements and a new roof at various sites and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
