Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Plata Corporation, Chicago Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-01 G2R3 is for building improvements at the Indian Boundary Maintenance Division Headquarters and Indian Boundary Golf Course. Work includes interior renovations, ADA improvements and exterior renovations at the Indian Boundary Maintenance Division Headquarters and a new roof at Indian Boundary Golf Course and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
