Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Matthew Paving, Inc., Oak Lawn, Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-02-01C4 is for Picnic Grove Drainage & Accessibility Improvements at 17 sites. Work includes new access path, construction of drain tile, storm sewer and culvert improvements cleaning of existing storm sewer, pavement patching, earthwork, restoration, erosion control and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
