Under the terms of the IGA, the Sheriff's Office is responsible for inmate deconstruction training, transportation, supervision, equipment, deconstruction and demolition of buildings specified by the Preserves, packaging and removal of reusable building materials according to the Preserves' specifications, and hauling of remaining construction debris. The Preserves would commit capital demolition funds to compensate the Sheriff's Office for deconstruction training, job site supervision, waste hauling and other costs for each site up to an agreed cap.
