PROPOSED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AMENDMENT

Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into and execute a second amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the County of Cook for the Office of the Independent Inspector General (the "OIIG") retroactive to 1/1/2014 and ending on 12/31/2014. The Agreement also will automatically renew each year unless otherwise terminated.
Goods or Services: The Preserves wishes to continue utilizing the services of the OIIG. Those services are similar to those already being performed with respect to the County by the OIIG.

Agreement Period: 1/1/2014, retroactively, to 12/31/2014, with additional one year annual renewal provisions.
Fiscal Impact: Up to $200,000.00
