Summary: This extension is for time only. The contractor has installed an initial waterproofing system that has not completely stopped the water from infiltrating the building. A secondary waterproofing system has been identified and is scheduled to be installed this fall.
An extension is required due to weather conditions that impacted the schedule to install the initial waterproofing system and the additional time required to design and install a secondary waterproofing system.
