Title: PROPOSED AGREEMENT Organization: The Forest Preserve Foundation Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County ("the Preserves") to enter into an agreement with the Forest Preserve Foundation to manage a tree and bench donation program. Reason: The Forest Preserve Foundation will manage a tree and bench donation program whereby members of the public donate funds to the Foundation in order for a tree to be planted, or a bench to be installed, on land managed or owned by the Preserves. The Forest Preserve Foundation will provide payment to the Preserves equal to 90% of each donation for tree or bench dedications.
