Summary: The work is substantially complete except for fire alarm system installations. Design and permitting resulted in a significant increase in the number of fire alarm devices. Additional funding is required to furnish and install fire alarm systems as required by local Fire Prevention Districts.  Completion of close-out activities also remains.   end
