Summary:  A one (1) year time extension is needed to continue oversight of several construction projects that were delayed due to suspension of grant funding, resolution of utility issues, delays in fabrication of certain custom stone elements or signs and weather conditions. Because all are outdoor site improvements and weather dependent, some will not be fully completed until 2017. This is a time extension only and does not require any increase in the original contract authority.
