PROPOSED BID RECOMMENDATION
Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "District") to issue a Job Order Contract with AGAE Contractors, Inc., 4549 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, Illinois, to provide design build services for Building Program Contract 13-80-01 bid package 2R2 though a comparative government procurement procedure under Cook County's Job Order Contracting Program.
Reason: Building Program Contract 13-80-01 Bid Package 2R2, Option C includes providing design build services for building improvements including roof replacements and an irrigation pump house reconstruction at Edgebrook Golf Course and Billy Caldwell Golf Course. Three contractors were invited and actually attended a walk-through of the proposed job site. Only two of the three, however, submitted bids.
Approval for entering into and executing contracts with Cook County's Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program.
