Summary: The proposed consultant scope would include design and/or construction administration for various interior and exterior renovations, small additions and new buildings, energy-based projects, mechanical system improvements, and building inspections and evaluations.
Studio GC was chosen by a selection committee, staff of the Department of Planning and Development, in response to a qualification-based selection process (RFQ 22-80-31). Six (6) firms submitted qualifications in response to the RFQ.
