Request: The Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) requests authorization to utilize and piggyback off the Cook County contract with Alia Drug Testing, LLC., and, if the Cook County contract is renewed, to also exercise the renewal option on behalf of the Forest Preserves at the discretion of the General Superintendent. Cook County contract #1712-16459 is with Alia Drug Testing, LLC for on-site drug and alcohol testing. The contract is for the period of December 18, 2017 through December 17, 2020 with two (2) one-year renewal options.
