Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Paul Borg Construction Company, Chicago, Illinois
Reason: Contract 13-80-01 G6R3A-1 rebid consists of performing building improvements at River Trail Nature Center Sugar Shack, Des Plaines Maintenance Headquarters and Mathew Bieszczat Volunteer Center. Work includes interior and exterior renovations, accessibility upgrades and the installation of emergency exit and fire alarm systems, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
