Summary: The Forest Preserves is seeking authorization to extend and increase its sole source agreement with the Village of Hoffman Estates (the "Village") for the monitoring of fire alarm systems and associated equipment. The original agreement with the Village of Hoffman Estates was approved by the Forest Preserves of Cook County Board of Commissioners on 3/22/2016 (Board Item No. 16-0118). The agreement was then extended until 12/31/2025. It was also increased by $16,170.00 via an administrative increase and board approved increase (Board Item No. 20-0417).
