Summary: The Department of Facilities and Fleet received permission from the Vehicle Steering Committee on 5/12/2026 to purchase as new or replacement vehicles thirty-two (32) Ford Vehicles listed below and based on Sourcewell Contract #081325-SNF:

 

                     One (1) 2026 Transit F350 High Roof AWD 12 Passenger Wagon,

                     Four (4) 2026 Transit F350 XL Passenger Vans Med Roof 148 WB AWD,

                     Five (5) 2026 Transit F350 Cargo Vans Low Roof 148 WB AWD,

                     Four (4) 2026 Maverick XLT AWD Hybrids with no tow package,

                     Six (6) 2026 Maverick XLT AWD Hybrids with tow package,

                     Five (5) 2025 F150 Hybrid 145WB XL 4x4 Screw Trucks, and

                     Seven (7) 2026 F150 Hybrid 157WB 4x4 Trucks.

 

The units will be assigned as follows: six (6) units to the Department of Conservation and Experiential Programming, seven (7) units to the Department of Facilities and Fleet, six (6) units to the Department of Landscape Maintenance, seven (7) units to the Department of Law Enforcement and six (6) units to the Department of Resource Management.
