Summary: This proposed contract is to procure use via the vendor’s license agreement of Blackbaud’s Raisers Edge NXT software. Blackbaud is a sole source vendor. The software provides grantmaking/fundraising management and support, constituent database management, marketing support, activity tracking management, event ticketing management, payment processing, and analytical reporting capabilities. This software will be utilized by the Preserves and the Forest Preserve Foundation.end
