Summary: A contract extension is required due to a delay in construction as a result of additional archaeological work, restoration work and inclement weather conditions. Contract 11-80-14-Rebid, Oak Forest Heritage Trail and Parking Lot Improvement work includes, but is not limited to construction of a new paved and gravel loop trail over two (2) miles in length, construction of a paved parking lot at the former gun club property, pedestrian bridge, interpretation nodes, signage, landscape improvements and other related work.
