Summary: Contract #12-31-102 consists of vegetation management in accordance with the detailed specifications on and around the many shoreline areas located on Forest Preserve of Cook County ( the “Preserves”) holdings. The original 3-year contract was approved by the Board on April 4, 2012, with a two (2) year renewal option. The Preserves would like to exercise its option to renew Contract #12-31-102 for an additional twenty-four (24) months, effective immediately.
