Summary: Phase III engineering services are needed to oversee the rehabilitation of approximately 1.3 miles of the Des Plaines River Trail, including construction of new trail alignment, elevated boardwalk structure, rehabilitation of the 1st Avenue underpass, and a trail connection to Evans Field (Elmwood Park) and to Strieby Drive (River Grove), including signalized crossing at Strieby Drive.
