Summary: Participating in Cook County’s contract with Constellation Energy Services, Inc. approved by the County Board on 4/29/2015 to supply and deliver electricity at designated locations. Request for Proposals procedures were followed in accordance with the Procurement code. Constellation Energy Services, Inc. was selected based on established criteria.
Constellation Energy shall also work with the Forest Preserve District and Cook County to lock in favorable rates for the supply and delivery of electricity and will provide monthly, consolidated reconciled bills to the both agencies.
