Summary: This proposed contract extension will allow the Preserves to continue utilizing Active Network for permit reservations and membership sales. This monetary increase will be used for annual optimization consulting to improve the permit reservation process for increased customer satisfaction. The proposed monetary increase excludes transaction fees which will continue to be charged under the contract and are currently in the range of 2.08% to 3.64%. Active Network was selected via an RFP process. The Preserves anticipates a new RFP process for the same or similar service before the proposed extension expires.
